What can I say to you? How can I retract All that that fool, my voice, has spoken, Now that the facts are plain, the placid surface cracked, The protocols of friendship broken?
the only protocol of friendship is genuine concern. u gotta lie and cheat on ur own friends at time just for that. those who believe otherwise never find friends... if they do.. they cant maintain them.
then again, shoudlnt we have genuine concern for every being? too bad tho that a single act of "niceness" makes then want to make u there best buddy... highly annoying.
is there really a proper protocol when one is a really good friend??? i mean its like talking about your family and protocol...is it just me who lives without it ???
BL: i'm afraid i'm going to have to disagree with you there. how is it genuine concern if you're willing to cheat or lie on someone? that sounds more like a self-gratifying relationship than a friendship.
Ushi: no there is no protocol. there is room for privacy and giving someone their space but the very idea of protocol runs against the intimacy of a friendship.
Noodles: yup
Bushra: that's interesting. how did you come across it?
lie, cheat, concern, arent they all relative? just that concern has a positive image and lie and cheat always churn up something negative in our minds? sometime su have to play with peoples mind for their own good.

well, according to the diplomatic entente of kiss-and-make-up, there are ways to cure the breaches made in the friendship protocols. ;)
